Peregrine Energy Solutions has secured a new financing agreement to support a $317 million battery energy storage project currently under construction. The financing was arranged by a group of lenders, with First Citizens Bank and Societe Generale acting as coordinating lead arrangers, Siemens Financial Services as a joint lead arranger, and East West Bank as an additional lender. This deal marks the second financing collaboration between First Citizens Bank and Peregrine, highlighting ongoing support for Peregrine's expansion in utility-scale battery storage. In addition, Peregrine closed a preferred equity commitment with Bildmore Clean Energy for the same project. The company has recently announced multiple rounds of corporate and project financings to accelerate development across its portfolio.
