Nimble (HKG:0186) expects an attributable loss of between HK$10 million and HK$15 million for the six months ended Sept. 30, compared with an attributable profit of HK$27 million a year prior, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The property developer attributed the forecast to a decline in the area of properties completed and delivered in the period, leading to a lower revenue.
