Broken Hill Mines (ASX:BHM) reported "exceptional" silver-lead-zinc intercepts from drilling in the Junction area on the Pinnacles Mine in New South Wales, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

It encountered intercepts of 4.4 meters at 36.5% zinc-equivalent and 1,013 grams per tonne grade of silver-equivalent, including 763 g/t grade of silver, 9.4% lead, 1.2% zinc, and 0.2 g/t grade of gold from 39.1 meters.

It also continued to define broad and shallow gold and copper mineralization overprinting the silver-lead-zinc system, including an intercept of 7.6 meters at 1.5 g/t gold and 0.2% copper from 62.4 meters.

It also began drilling at a newly identified thick, high-grade priority area of the underground Perseverance target.
