Hopson Development Holdings Limited has announced its unaudited operating statistics for the ten months ended 31 October 2025. The Group, together with its joint ventures and associates, recorded property contracted sales of approximately 499,644 square metres in gross floor area at an average property selling price of around RMB23,460 per square metre. For non-self-investment properties constructed and managed under the "Hopson" brand, contracted sales amounted to approximately 53,477 square metres in gross floor area, with a total sales amount of about RMB4,706 million during the ten-month period. In October 2025 alone, contracted sales for these properties reached approximately 3,298 square metres with a contracted sales amount of around RMB261 million. The company noted that the reported sales figures are approximate, unaudited, and may vary due to uncertainties in the sales process. Final figures will be disclosed in the annual report for the year ending 31 December 2025.
