Alset International's (SGX:40V) subsidiary, LiquidValue Development, changed its name to Winning Catering, effective Sept. 22, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the company were up over 4% in Wednesday trading.

Winning Catering is a subsidiary of the company's wholly owned subsidiary, SeD Intelligent Home.
