Wilmar International (SGX:F34) completed the acquisition of an additional 13% stake in AWL Agri Business through Lence at 275 rupees per share, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Following the acquisition, AWL is now an indirect 56.94% owned subsidiary of the company.
