Plenti Group (ASX:PLT) priced a AU$559 million asset-backed securities (ABS) transaction backed by automotive loan receivables, bringing its total program issuance to over AU$4.3 billion, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The transaction, which is the company's sixth automotive loan ABS and 11th ABS transaction overall, is expected to be settled on or around Nov. 20, the filing said.
Shares rose 2% in afternoon trade Monday.
