Codere Online Luxembourg SA reported total revenue of €47.7 million for the third quarter of 2025, down 3% from €49.2 million in the same period of 2024. Net gaming revenue for the quarter was €51.6 million, nearly unchanged from €51.7 million a year earlier. In Mexico, revenue was €24.0 million, with net gaming revenue at €26.8 million, flat compared to the previous year. Spain recorded net gaming revenue of €22.0 million, up 5%. For the nine months ended September 30, 2025, total revenue was €153.3 million, up 1% year-on-year, and net gaming revenue was €163.4 million, an increase of 3%. The company reported a net loss of €1.7 million for the first nine months of 2025, compared to a net loss of €3.0 million in the same period of 2024. Codere Online reiterated its 2025 net gaming revenue outlook of €220-230 million and adjusted EBITDA outlook of €10-15 million. The company also announced the appointment of Marcus Arildsson as Chief Financial Officer and reported a total cash position of €48.3 million as of September 30, 2025. It repurchased $1.7 million of its shares through November 14, 2025, under its $7.5 million share buyback plan.
