SKS Technologies Group (ASX:SKS) agreed to acquire 100% of the business and assets of electrical contracting company Delta Elcom in New South Wales, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Consideration will comprise a package of between AU$13.8 million and AU$15 million, depending on the earn-out level, the filing said.

The transaction is expected to be completed on Jan. 12, 2026, per the filing.

SKS Technologies Group shares rose nearly 4% in morning trade Tuesday.
