Coliwoo (SGX:W8W) is slated to launch its first new property, dubbed Coliwoo Midtown, in the first quarter of 2026, following its recent listing on the SGX, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

Shares of the co-living operator were down nearly 1% in Tuesday trading.

The property, a six-story mixed-use development in Singapore, will feature accommodation, wellness facilities and communal dining.
