OPC Energy Ltd., a subsidiary of Kenon Holdings Ltd., reported its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025. For the third quarter of 2025, OPC Energy posted revenues of 1,736 million NIS, compared to 1,526 million NIS in the same period last year. Net income for the quarter was 236 million NIS, up from 86 million NIS in the prior-year period. Of this, 183 million NIS was attributable to the company's shareholders, compared to 81 million NIS in the third quarter of 2024. For the nine-month period ended September 30, 2025, OPC Energy reported net income of 333 million NIS attributable to the company's shareholders, compared to 92 million NIS in the same period last year. A significant operational update during the period was the discontinuation of consolidation of CPV Renewable in the U.S. segment, following a transition to the equity method of accounting starting November 2024. As a result, the renewable energy segment results in the U.S. are no longer consolidated in OPC Energy's financial statements.
