Ondas (ONDS) said Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of Sentry CS, a Cyber-over-RF and Protocol-Manipulation counter-UAS technology company based in Israel.

The acquisition expands its reach to more Tier-1 defense, public safety, and security agencies, the company said.

Shares of Ondas were up over 20% in recent trading.
