Ronshine China (HKG:3301) recorded contracted sales of around 216.4 million yuan in October, with a gross floor area of 15,723 square meters, a Nov. 14 Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the company closed nearly 1% higher in Monday afternoon trading.

The property firm's average selling price for the month was approximately 13,762 yuan per square meter.

For the 10 months ended Oct. 31, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 3.2 million and 278,282 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 11,565 yuan per square meter.
