Health and Happiness (H&H) International Holdings Ltd. announced its unaudited operational statistics for the nine months ended 30 September 2025. The company reported a total revenue of RMB10,805.3 million, representing a 12.0% year-on-year increase on a reported basis and a 12.3% increase on a like-for-like $(LFL)$ basis. All business segments recorded positive growth. Nutritional supplements accounted for 64.5% of total revenue, with the VHMS and pet supplement categories delivering revenue growth of 6.0% and 14.2% on a LFL basis, respectively. The Adult Nutrition and Care (ANC) segment increased by 5.2% year-on-year on a reported basis (6.0% LFL), driven by strong growth in the Chinese mainland and other regions. The Pet Nutrition and Care $(PNC)$ segment grew by 8.0%, supported by the premiumisation of the Solid Gold brand and the launch of higher-margin products. High-margin offerings contributed 33.7% of total PNC revenue in the Chinese mainland during the period. The company noted that performance in the three months ended 30 September 2025 was affected by a channel shift from normal trade e-commerce to cross-border e-commerce (CBEC).
