Stamford Land's (SGX:H07) attributable profit to owners rose 4.1% during the fiscal half year ended Sept. 30 to SG$15.8 million from SG$15.2 million a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were down over 1% in Monday trading.
Earnings per share rose to SG$0.0106 compared with SG$0.0101 in the comparable period.
Revenue meanwhile, rose 1.8% year over year to SG$71.3 million from SG$70.1 million, despite lower revenue from the property development segment.
