Trip.com Group Ltd. reported net revenue of RMB18.3 billion (US$2.6 billion) for the third quarter of 2025, a 16% increase from the same period in 2024 and a 24% increase from the previous quarter. Net income attributable to shareholders was RMB19.9 billion (US$2.8 billion), up from RMB6.8 billion in the same period of 2024 and RMB4.8 billion in the previous quarter, mainly due to the partial disposal of certain investments. Non-GAAP net income attributable to shareholders was RMB19.2 billion (US$2.7 billion), compared to RMB6.0 billion for the same period in 2024 and RMB5.0 billion in the previous quarter. Adjusted EBITDA was RMB6.3 billion (US$892 million), up from RMB5.7 billion in the same period of 2024 and RMB4.9 billion in the previous quarter. Accommodation reservation revenue reached RMB8.0 billion (US$1.1 billion), an 18% rise year-over-year and a 29% increase quarter-over-quarter. International business saw strong growth, with overall bookings on the international OTA platform rising about 60% year-over-year, inbound travel bookings increasing over 100%, and outbound flight and hotel bookings reaching about 140% of 2019 levels.
