Manulife US REIT (SGX:BTOU) signed a 24-month lease renewal with the U.S. Treasury for a property located in Washington, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The lease covers around 120,000 square feet of space at the REIT's facility, with the rents maintained at existing rate.

The renewal extends the property weighted average lease expiry to 2.3 years.
