Artini (HKG:0789) expects a net loss of between HK$1.7 million and HK$1.8 million for the six months ended Sept. 30, compared with a profit of HK$1.1 million a year prior, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Shares of the fashion accessories retailer were down nearly 2% in Thursday afternoon trading.

The firm attributed the fiscal first-half forecast to a one-off gain from the deregistration of a subsidiary.
