Salesforce (CRM) said Tuesday it has completed its acquisition of Informatica.
Salesforce said the deal creates a unified data foundation for its artificial intelligence offerings by improving data clarity, integration and governance across enterprise systems.
The company said it expects the acquisition to be accretive to non-GAAP operating margin and earnings per share within 12 months.
Salesforce said in May that it agreed to acquire Informatica for about $8 billion and holders of Informatica's class A and class B-1 common stock will receive $25 in cash per share.
