Star Bulk Carriers more than doubled its quarterly cash dividend to 11 cents a share.

The increase is from a prior dividend of 5 cents a share.

The dividend will be payable on Dec. 18 to shareholders as of Dec. 5, the shipping company said Tuesday.

They company amended its dividend policy in December 2024, when it said it would pay a minimum quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share, but the payout can be higher depending on certain financial results.
