Goodman Property Trust (NZE:GMT) reported Thursday fiscal first-half cash earnings per unit of NZ$0.0399, up from NZ$0.0374 per unit a year earlier.
Total revenue for the six months ended Sept. 30 was NZ$148.8 million, up from NZ$134.8 million the previous year. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected NZ$121.5 million.
The trust reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 cash earnings guidance of NZ$0.08 per unit and distribution of NZ$0.06825 per unit.
GMT declared a second-quarter distribution of NZ$0.0170625 per unit, payable on Dec. 11 to holders on record as of Dec. 4.
