Court Sanctions Scheme as Alpina Nears Delisting

A Singapore court sanctioned the scheme required for the delisting of Alpina (SGX:ZXY) after all the conditions were met, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Following the court order, Nov. 19 will be the last day of trading in the company's shares while the record date for the scheme and special dividend has been set for Nov. 27.

Meanwhile, the company is expected to be delisted on or around Dec. 4, the filing added.
