Shenzhen Xunjiexing Technology (SHA:688655) plans to increase the capital of wholly-owned subsidiary Jiexing Intelligent Manufacturing Technology by 49.9 million yuan

The move aims to support the subsidiary's operations following the transfer of certain PCB manufacturing assets to Jiexing Intelligent Manufacturing, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

The capital injection will raise Jiexing Intelligent Manufacturing's registered capital to 50 million yuan from 100,000 yuan.
