Encompass Health Corporation has announced plans to build a new 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Fishers, Indiana. The facility will serve patients in Hamilton County and surrounding areas, providing specialized care for those recovering from strokes, neurological disorders, brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic conditions. The hospital will feature private patient rooms, advanced therapy technologies, an in-house dialysis suite, and other amenities. Expected to open in 2027, this expansion will join Encompass Health's existing rehabilitation hospitals in Indiana, enhancing access to high-quality rehabilitative care in the state.
