Singapore Paincare (SGX:FRQ) Chief Executive Officer, Bernard Lee has reached an amicable resolution with Lim Seow Yuen for a dispute where the individual claimed a sum of around SG$450,000 for services rendered, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Under the agreement, Lim has fully, unconditionally and irrevocably discharged the claims.

Meanwhile, the company has returned the cashier's order of a sum of around SG$450,000 that its CEO, Bernard Lee, deposited with the company as a security for his undertaking to indemnify the amount sought in the claims.
