IREIT Global (SGX:UD1U) booked a committed portfolio occupancy of 89% in Q3, slightly down from 89.5% in the previous quarter, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the REIT were down nearly 2% in Friday trading.
Weighted average lease expiry fell marginally to 5.6 years from 5.8 years in the previous quarter, despite long leases.
The REIT had a portfolio of 53 properties worth around 859.8 million euros as at Sept. 30.
