Terreno Realty Corporation has announced the full pre-leasing of Countyline Corporate Park Phase IV Building 36 in Hialeah, Florida. The 76,000-square-foot space has been pre-leased to a plantain product manufacturer and distributor, with the lease commencing upon completion and build-out in the first quarter of 2027 and expiring in July 2037. Additionally, a previously announced lease with an international logistics company has been expanded by 29,000 square feet, bringing the building to 100% pre-leased. Construction of Building 36 has recently begun, with the facility expected to achieve LEED certification and a total investment of $56.2 million. Upon completion, Countyline Corporate Park Phase IV will feature ten LEED-certified industrial distribution buildings totaling approximately 2.2 million square feet.
