Andromeda Metals (ASX:ADN) cleared key regulatory hurdles for its Great White Project, lodging a AU$3.8 million rehabilitation bond and paying AU$670,000 into the native vegetation fund to commence early works, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The early works will include site preparation, building the access road, conducting bulk earthworks, and carrying out grade control and geotechnical drilling, per the filing.
Engineering design for the processing plant and water infrastructure is being finalized, with key long-lead equipment prepared for transport from overseas, the filing added.
The company's shares rose 13% in recent Monday trade.
