Tabcorp Holdings (ASX:TAH) successfully priced AU$300 million of 5.5-year senior unsecured notes under its newly established Australian medium-term note program, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The notes have a fixed annual coupon of 5.99% and will mature on May 28, 2031, with settlement anticipated on Nov. 28, subject to customary closing conditions, per the filing.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of drawn amounts under the company's syndicated facility agreement, the filing added.

The company's shares were down 1% in recent Monday trade.
