Permian Resources Corporation published a 2025 Sustainability Report detailing several initiatives and achievements. The report states that 100% reliance on freshwater use from operations was eliminated, 47% recycled water was used for operations compared to 23% in 2020, and more than 98% of produced water was transported by pipeline. Oil and water spills were limited to 0.0018% and 0.0019% respectively, representing reductions of 41% and 87% since 2020. Total workforce TRIR was reported at 0.57 per 200,000 manhours, with employee turnover limited to 5% despite a significant increase in headcount.
