UGI (UGI) reported a fiscal Q4 loss late Thursday of $0.06 per diluted share, narrowing from a loss of $1.27 a year earlier.

Revenue in the three months ended Sept. 30 fell to $1.19 billion from $1.24 billion a year earlier.

One analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $1.52 billion.

The company issued fiscal 2026 adjusted diluted EPS guidance range of $2.90 to $3.15.

Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.18.
