MA Financial Group (ASX:MAF) will acquire the Hyperdome town center shopping center in Queensland for AU$678.7 million, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The centre will be acquired by a single asset fund that raised AU$405 million for the acquisition, the filing said.

The deal is set to settle in December, the filing added.

Shares of the company rose 1% in recent Monday trade.
