REA Group's (ASX:REA) flagship platform attracted over 13 million Australian visitors in October, according to a company statement on Monday.
The platform engaged over 60% of Australia's adult online population and, over the past 12 months, extended its average audience lead over the nearest competitor by 14%, now reaching 5.5 million more users, the company said.
The platform saw record engagement in October, with 161.8 million visits, its highest-ever number of logged-in members, and 69.3 million application visits, the company added.
The company's shares rose around 2% in recent Monday trade.
