Elanor Investors Group (ASX:ENN) and Rockworth Capital Partners agreed to an extension of the sunset date to Dec. 23 to facilitate the dispatch of a notice of an extraordinary general meeting to Elanor securityholders, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Rockworth Capital committs to invest up to AU$125 million into Elanor to recapitalize the business and stabilize the balance sheet, and Elanor will acquire the Firmus business, under the expansion of a strategic alliance.
Rockworth and Elanor also agreed to extend the sunset date for completion of the Firmus business acquisition to March 31, 2026.
The extension of the timetable reflects Elanor's ongoing efforts to progress its statutory lodgements, per the filing. It expects to hold the extraordinary general meeting in January 2026.
