Corporacion America Airports reported consolidated revenues ex-IFRIC12 of $472.1 million for the third quarter of 2025, an increase of 16.6% year-over-year, driven by growth of 18.0% in commercial revenues and 15.2% in aeronautical revenues. Excluding rule IAS 29, consolidated revenues ex-IFRIC12 rose 17.5% to $475.4 million. Adjusted EBITDA ex-IFRIC reached a record $194.0 million, up nearly 34% year-over-year, with the adjusted EBITDA margin expanding by more than 5 percentage points. Operating income increased to $147.0 million from $100.9 million in the third quarter of 2024. Passenger traffic rose 9.3% to 23.3 million, while cargo volume decreased by 3.4% to 93.5 thousand tons, and aircraft movements increased by 6.9% to 230.3 thousand. The company reported cash and cash equivalents of $540.0 million and a net debt to LTM adjusted EBITDA ratio of 0.9x.
