Asian Micro's (SGX:585) subsidiary, Asian Micro Capital, completed the disposal of three commercial office units in Malaysia to Tye Suit Yean, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The disposal comes after the subsidiary agreed to dispose of the units for 1.6 million ringgit.

Shares of the company surged over 33% at the close of trade on Monday.
