Monash IVF Group (ASX:MVF) said the Victorian Department of Health has determined to impose certain conditions on the registrations of its clinics in Victoria, after the embryo transfer mix-up at its Clayton lab, with the action effective Friday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
The conditions includes steps to verify the intended biological sources for each cycle, requirements for patient-management system, witnessing, checking and record-keeping, the filing said.
The company said it does not expect the conditions to materially affect its operations or alter its earnings guidance, the filing added.
