Fleetwood (ASX:FWD) Chief Executive Bruce Nicholson stepped down, effective immediately, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

In the interim, Chair John Klepec will assume CEO responsibilities as executive chairman while the company searches for a successor, the filing said.
