ITC Properties Group Limited has filed an updated list of its board of directors with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The board is chaired by Mr. Cheung Hon Kit, who also serves as Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Nomination and Investment Committees. Dr. Chan Kwok Keung, Charles is Joint Vice Chairman and a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Chan Yiu Lun, Alan and Mr. Law Hon Wa, William, who is also Chief Financial Officer, are executive directors, with Mr. Law serving on the Corporate Governance, Investment, and Environmental, Social and Governance Committees. Ms. Chau Mei Wah is the non-executive director and a member of the Nomination Committee. The independent non-executive directors are Hon. Shek Lai Him, Abraham, GBS, JP, who is Joint Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Nomination Committee as well as a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees; Mr. Ip Hon Wah, who chairs the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee and is a member of the Audit, Remuneration, Nomination, and Corporate Governance Committees; Mr. Pang, Anthony Ming-tung, who chairs the Audit and Remuneration Committees and is a member of the Nomination and Environmental, Social and Governance Committees; and Mr. Chan Chun Hung, Vincent, who is a member of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee.
