Nido Education (ASX:NDO) agreed terms to acquire two services from its incubators in December for a combined purchase price of around AU$7 million, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The services each have an occupancy above 90%. The settlement for the acquisitions is expected to be in December.
It signed binding agreements to establish a AU$30 million extension of its acquisition facility and increased the bank guarantee facility to AU$15 million from AU$12 million.
Its shares climbed 3% in recent trading on Tuesday.
