OxPay Financial (SGX:TVV) secured in-principle approval for a financial services license from the Gelephu Financial Services Office to provide regulatory money services in or from Gelephu Mindfulness City in Bhutan, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the financial services company surged nearly 13% in Friday trading.

The services will be provided through a new subsidiary established in the city, subject to remaining regulatory conditions within three months and the grant of a license.
