Beijing BDStar Navigation (SHE:002151) posted transactions amounting to 29.2 million yuan with sub-unit BDStar Intelligent Technology, according to a Wednesday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.
The transactions included subsidiary BDStar (Chongqing) Intelligent Technology Development leasing a property to BDStar Intelligent Tech for 24.7 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.
Another subsidiary, Jiaxing Jiali Electronics, agreed to sell antenna products to BDStar Intelligent Tech for 1.5 million yuan, while Hexin Xingtong Technology (Beijing) will sell chips, modules and other products to BDStar Intelligent Tech for 3 million yuan. The transactions will be between November and December.
BDStar Intelligent Tech is an inspection and testing services provider and an intelligent vehicle electronic products maker that the company owns through wholly-owned subsidiary BDStar (Chongqing) Automotive Electronics.
Shares of the Chinese global navigation satellite system products maker fell less than 2% at the close.
