Nov 26 (Reuters) - Deere & Co DE.N reported a lower fourth-quarter profit on Wednesday, weighed down by weak demand for its tractors and combine harvestors.

The farm-equipment maker posted net income of $1.06 billion, or $3.93 per share, for the quarter, down from $1.24 billion, or $4.55 per share, in the year-ago period.
