Joy City Property (HKG:0207) said its share buyback proposal by way of a scheme of arrangement has become effective as of Nov. 25, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The company said all conditions under the scheme were fulfilled following court sanction on Nov. 21 and registration of the order with Bermuda's Registrar of Companies on Nov. 25.

Joy City Property said its shares will be withdrawn from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Nov. 27.
