First Graphene (ASX:FGR) secured a 12-month agreement to manufacture, market, and sell graphene-based carbon paste with Halocell Australia, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The deal grants the company global exclusivity over the development and sale of the PureGRAPH-containing product, while Halocell will earn a 10% royalty on sales and use the product in its perovskite solar cell manufacturing, the filing said.
Manufacturing of the graphene-enhanced carbon paste material sample is set to begin next month, according to the filing.
First Graphene shares rose 1% in afternoon trade on Wednesday.
