Realord (HKG:1196) said its wholly owned subsidiary Realord International Financial has settled a HK$12 million claim that led to a winding-up petition, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the firm were down over 1% in Tuesday morning trade.
The subsidiary agreed to pay HK$8 million on Nov. 24, HK$3 million by Aug. 31, 2026, and HK$1 million to a charity chosen by the petitioner by Dec. 31, 2026. If the final payment is not made, the petitioner retains the right to claim the amount, the filing said.
