IDHL, one of Europe's largest digital commerce and performance agencies, has completed the acquisition of London-based ecommerce consultancy Vervaunt. Vervaunt, established in 2017, is known for its work with premium brands such as Mulberry, APC, Paul Smith, Represent, and Champion. This move follows IDHL's recent acquisition of The MTM Agency and supports the company's continued expansion in the UK and US markets, significantly enhancing its capabilities in performance, ecommerce, and data intelligence. Vervaunt brings over 70 specialists with expertise in ecommerce, paid media, social, affiliate marketing, creative services, and community building. The acquisition increases IDHL's headcount to around 500 across locations in London, Leeds, Manchester, Southampton, and New York. Vervaunt's leadership, including Managing Director Paul Rogers and co-founder Josh Duggan, will join IDHL's senior leadership team. The transaction is supported by IDHL's investment partner Bridgepoint.
