GSH (SGX:BDX) completed the placement of around 447.5 million shares at SG$0.25 each, raising around SG$111.9 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The shares were credited to the subscriber, Capitalwise Global, on the same day.

Following the completion, the company's share capital has increased to 2.42 billion shares.
