Centuria Capital Group (ASX:CNI) said its Centuria Agriculture fund acquired a hydroponic glasshouse, in an off-market transaction, from agricultural landlord investor Fresh Country Farms of Australia for AU$168 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The acquisition grows Centuria Capital Group's agriculture assets under management to AU$820 million, the filing said.
