Silkwave Inc. has filed an updated list of directors and their respective roles with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The board comprises Executive Directors Mr. Wong Chau Chi (Chairman and Chief Executive), Ms. Woo Lan Ying (Vice Chairperson), and Mr. Yang Tenghao. The Independent Non-executive Directors are Mr. Chow Kin Wing, Mr. Lam Cheung Shing, Richard, and Mr. Tam Hon Wah. Committee memberships were also disclosed.
